If CapCut isn't showing templates, try clearing the app cache, updating/reinstalling the app, and ensuring you're logged in with a stable internet connection.

If the issue persists, it might be due to region restrictions or a temporary server problem; using a VPN could help.

Windows is broken, not the uninstaller. Once you install it as WIC Component, Windows will remove it on Reboot, so later the uninstaller tries to uninstall the already uninstalled by Windows WIC component and says it can't remove it.

So Windows is broken, the uninstaller is OK.
